Due to continued growth, our client are looking to expand their commercial function with an experienced senior quantity surveyor.
Working on supply & install and supply only contracts you will be involved in all aspects on contracts management from tendering through to final account.
Projects are across the commercial & residential sectors with the core of the projects being in multi unit & self build housing.
As a senior quantity surveyor you can expect to: \n \n Manage and lead a team of quantity surveyors \n Deal with all contracting issues \n Negotiate & agree final accounts with main & sub contractors \n Issue sub contract payments \n Attend pre award meetings with clients and sub contractors \n Manage & oversee CVR's \n Work alongside established teams across commercial & operations \n Review documentation at pre contract stage \n \n We would welcome conversations with quantity surveyors who: \n \n Have a background working in a sub contractors environment \n Can demonstrate a background in managing a team of quantity surveyors \n Are self motivated \n Is a strong communicator across multiple teams \n Possess strong IT skills - specifically MS Office \n Able to work to strict deadlines but can work to a high standard \n \n If you are interested in this role, please contact ARV Solutions or click 'Apply' to submit your CV for consideration Key Skills: Quantity Surveyor , JCT, NEC, Timber Frame, SIPS, Residential, New Build, Procurement, Materials, Sub Contract Our client is committed to promoting equal opportunities in employment.
