We are looking for a lead Quantity Surveyor to contribute to the success of bespoke projects for our clients today!About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to drive accurate financial reporting and provide effective contractual control for all allocated contracts.
You will be involved in costing activities, measuring completed works, and managing interim and final accounts for specific sections of the project.
Ideally, you will have experience with two-stage projects and managing projects within the £5 to £40 million range in the main contracting market.Responsibilities:Provide accurate financial reporting and commercial control on allocated contracts.Manage costing activities and measure completed works for interim and final accounts.Produce necessary site records for cost reporting, materials received, and period cost reporting.Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and best practices in all project phases.About You:Experience of running your own projects as Lead Quantity Surveyor.A solid understanding of construction techniques, with a BSc or HND (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying or a related subject.RICS Membership (preferred).Strong experience in producing site records for financial reporting and interim/final account payments.Proficiency in relevant systems and software.A full UK driving licence is essential.Benefits:Competitive salary.Company Car or Cash Allowance based on your Grade.Pension Scheme matched up to 6%.26 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing to 30 days after 8 years of service.Option to buy up to 5 days extra holidays.Private Healthcare Cover.Life Assurance up to 4 times your basic salary.10 days of fully paid Reservist leave.Up to £1000 support for professional qualifications/memberships.Mental Wellbeing and Employee Support services.Discounts via People Portal and Long Service Awards.Sharesave Plan and Incentive Scheme.Enhanced Family Leave from Day One.Our client celebrates diversity and embrace differences.
