THE ROLE
?We're looking to appoint a number of Technicians with expertise's and backgrounds in either Rally, Rally Raid, or Racing, to strengthen our busy Workshop and Event Teams.
Responsible for the preparation of high-performance competition vehicles, our Technicians deliver a consistently high level of performance whilst supporting a variety of motorsport programmes.
These include; WRC, Test Team, and Customer Team.

?The role responsibilities include:
• Build, setup and commissioning of competition cars.
• Ensuring a consistently high quality of build throughout.
• Supporting test and event activities.
• Assisting with fault diagnosis.
• Working closely with Engineers and Senior Technicians with development work.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking to bring a group of self-motivated team players together with an enthusiastic and positive attitude.
You should be educated to technician level and have a thorough understanding of motor vehicles and their systems.
You should pride yourself on your attention to detail and be capable of delivering a high standard of performance and quality whilst working to strict deadlines in a time-sensitive environment.
You should have excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for problem solving and implementing solutions with an analytical approach.
You should share our determination to deliver a winning performance for the very best results.
