Job Title: Quantity Surveyor (senior)Division: UK ConstructionLocation: Manchester Salary & Package: Very Competitive A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Quantity Surveyor!
Projects on average will range between 10m - 40m across the various sectors: Leisure, Justice, Defence, Education, Health and Commercial schemes.
Duties:Exposure to the full project lifecycle with involvement across pre-construction through to project deliveryWorking alongside the project delivery team, to ensure the contractual control and cost management of projects across different sectorsManaging the commercial aspects of subcontract accounts from procurement to interim and final account agreementBeing involved with the final account negotiation to ensure the best possible outcome.Manage the project commercial team Requirements: Main contractor experience as the QS / SQS Experience of NEC / JCT form of contracts Experience on projects ranging between 10m to 40mBased in Manchester and or surrounding areas Interested in the opportunity above?Please contact Sam today.
