Senior Quantity Surveyor - Civils (Energy & Renewables)

A prominent contractor in the Energy and Renewables sector is looking for a skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its growing team.
Based in Manchester, this role will involve working on high-impact power and renewable projects nationwide.

Key Responsibilities: Take ownership of commercial and contractual management throughout all project phases.
Act as the primary point of contact for client commercial and contract teams.
Lead project procurement, including subcontractor selection and management.
Conduct detailed cost and risk assessments to optimize project value.
Review and respond to contract-critical communications from clients, design teams, and subcontractors.
Oversee commercial aspects of subcontractor agreements and project costing reports.
Manage project change order procedures, securing agreements on costs with clients.
What You'll Bring: A third-level qualification in Construction Economics or Quantity Surveying, along with 5+ years of quantity surveying experience.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with team members at all levels.
Previous experience in electrical or mechanical fields, with the ability to manage multiple project priorities.
A proactive, detail-oriented approach, with proven success in high-performance environments.
