We're recruiting for an Engineering Lead for a Fintech Client based in the heart of Manchester.

Oversee operational health, compliance, and strategic planning.
Design and operate critical systems while staying on top of industry trends.
C# .Net Technology Stack What You'll Bring Leadership Skills Proven experience managing and mentoring engineering teams.
Strong communication and project management skills.
Ability to foster a collaborative, inspiring team environment.
Technical Expertise Experience with microservices architecture in containerized environments (e.g., Kubernetes).
Familiarity with distributed systems, APIs, and public cloud (Azure preferred).
Passion for automation and scalable solutions.
