Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

Role : Quality Assurance Engineer (Senior and Mid-Level) Team : Web Development Location : Remote first; with fortnightly face-to-face in Gloucestershire.

As a Quality Assurance Engineer (Senior or Mid-Level), you will work within agile teams to test and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance backend applications using Azure, C#, and Postman.
You'll contribute to the development and maintenance of automated testing capabilities while fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain automated tests for backend applications.
Encourage a quality-first mindset within the team Mentor junior team members.
Drive CI/CD practices.
Key Skills & Experience: Experience with C# and/or other backend technologies.
Familiarity with Test-driven Development (TDD) Exposure to cloud platforms, ideally Microsoft Azure.
Agile development methodologies.
