Qhse Engineer

JOB- QHSE Engineer LOCATION- Glasgow TERM- Permanent SALARY- £35,000 - £40,000 per annum plus benefits (dependent on experience) We are looking for a QHSE Engineer on a permanent basis in the Glasgow area with experience in the Manufacturing Industry.
The QHSE Engineer role will involve: Conduct and continuously review Risk Assessments.
Support the development and ongoing review of Safe Work Systems.
Investigate accidents and near-misses, applying root cause analysis to identify corrective measures.
Assist in coordinating preventive maintenance and required inspections.
Arrange and provide training and guidance for employees on Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) matters.
Perform safety inspections across the site.
Assist with maintaining QHSE documentation and records.
Contribute to the development and rollout of QHSE policies, procedures, and programs.
Stay updated on new Health and Safety laws and best practices.
Manage the Company's Non-conformance Reporting (NCR) System, ensuring root causes are addressed and effective corrective actions are taken to prevent future issues.
