The role will entail dealing with a full and varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters and commercial property matters.
This will include: Freehold and leasehold sales / purchasesTransfers of equityRemortgagesStamp duty proceduresTitle checkingSearch reportsEnquiriesFreehold sales/purchasesLeasehold sales/purchases including the grant of leasesThe regulation of landlord and tenant relationshipsLease renewalsDeeds of surrenderRefinancingAcquisitions and sales of businessesUtilities agreementsActive involvement in business developmentDealing with all matters from beginning through to completion Qualifications and Experience Experienced Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' post qualification experience.Excellent technical knowledgeConversant with the full conveyancing processResults drivenAbility to work to challenging timescales and to plan and organise effectivelyExcellent interpersonal and communication skills.
