Our client is seeking a dynamic Senior Project Coordinator to play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of field engineering projects and oversee the back-office team.
Responsibilities: Field Management and Contract process controls / improvements Coordinate field engineers assignments, ensuring they have the necessary tools, equipment, and support to carry out their tasks effectively.
Act as a liaison between clients and the engineers.
Understand client requirements, address concerns, and provide regular updates on project progress.
Report creation and submission for clients Quotations for projects and clients administration Field Engineer scheduling, timesheet control and reporting Liaison with suppliers for ordering materials and stock control Finance support, contract process sign off, invoice creation Finance and HR overview Requirements: Previous Experience in a supervisory role for a field-based engineering company Management of 2 direct reports and co-ordination of up to 10 field engineers Confident use of MS Office suite, especially Word and Excel Finance and HR support experience Aptitude to work with various software applications Customer service focus A professional and pro-active approach with an attention to detail
