WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Own the programmatic operations for a portfolio of clients.
Plan campaigns across programmatic formats.
Execute and report on campaigns based on clients' goals.
Perform advanced optimisation tasks in programmatic channels.
Facilitate knowledge sharing & mentor junior specialists, providing guidance on programmatic-specific tactics and fostering an environment of continuous learning.
Take the lead on Precis London's programmatic development, both commercial and upskilling.
Work with peers to help develop the overall knowledge base in London.
Help our commercial team identify growth opportunities within programmatic.
Manage and develop a small team of junior programmatic specialists.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR At least 3 years of experience working in the programmatic field.
Deep expertise in DV360 & CM360, but also good knowledge outside of the GMP product portfolio (e.g.
Adform, Xandr, TheTradeDesk, etc.).
Ability to analyse and interpret data across both marketing & analytics platforms (e.g.
GA4).
Familiarity with data visualisation tools (e.g.
Looker Studio) and ability to present insights in an engaging and understandable manner.
Proficiency in crafting and applying effective testing tactics to discover innovative solutions and boost campaign effectiveness.
Proficient in communicating complex ideas clearly, both in presentations and through collaborative discussions.
Strong mentoring and leadership skills, with a focus on sharing knowledge and fostering a learning environment within the team.
[Preferred] Experience working with e-commerce and multi-market fashion brands.
