Our mission is to help children and young people to rebuild their sense of safety and self-worth, empowering them to thrive despite their past experiences.We are seeking a skilled Senior Practitioner to support our dedicated team in caring for our children and young people who have experienced significant trauma.The ideal candidate would have an excellent understanding of trauma informed practice and the skills to support a team delivering this.
As a Senior Practitioner you will play a key role in providing leadership, guidance, and expertise to the team.
You will be working closely with them to ensure that the highest standards of practice are maintained, while also demonstrating a pragmatic approach to complex challenges.
