Senior Power Trading Analyst

Senior Power Trading Analyst: Proprietary A Leading European Energy Trading client of mine is looking to hire an experienced Senior Trading Analyst to join their very well established Proprietary Trading team in London.
The focus will be on the Power markets.

You will be working directly with Senior Power Traders to develop new strategies.

They have extensive operations across the entire European market as well as the UK market and are in engaging in a variety of advanced, cutting edge trading techniques.
This person will help lead the other Trading Analysts in the team, so even for someone who is currently a Senior Trading Analyst, it could also be a step up.

Requirements: Significant experience in Proprietary Power Trading Analysis within a well reputed business Experience in developing trading strategies alongside Traders on the basis of your analysis Strong experience in the development and maintenance of fundamentals focussed stack models Strong quantitative, analytical and modelling skills (Python) and the ability to draw actionable insights from data Experience in mentoring juniors within your team(s) would be a significant plus If this sounds like something that would be of interest, please apply!
