The opportunity. We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Partner to join Quantexa's dynamic Business Partnering team. You will be managing all aspects of the people agenda for our Product and Technology (Engineering) teams whilst working closely with the wider Quantexa People team across our 3 regions: EMEA, APAC and NA. You'll be in your element working in a fast-paced, customer and people first culture, where you can make a real impact on the lives of our colleagues and the future of Quantexa's Product and Technology functions.
You'll need to be hands-on with a breadth and depth of HR and Business Partnering experience and a proven track record of supporting scaling product and technology teams. You will enjoy building trusted advisor relationships with the function's leadership team, along with other key stakeholders including business partnering teams and communities of expertise to deliver the priorities aligned to Quantexa's people agenda.
So far in your career, you will have gained significant operational experience, as well as strategic level experience supporting leadership teams. We're looking for candidates who are willing to think outside of the confines of a traditional HR remit and deliver value-add people focused solutions.
What you'll be doing. Partnering with our teams, and the key point of contact for all people topics for our Product and Technology functions.Delivering our key People strategic projects within your dedicated functions, implementing solutions that really work and help our talent deliver their very best work.Advising and driving focus on critical people activities such as talent management, review cycles, compensation reviews, performance management, wellbeing and engagement.Finding imaginative solutions and be a people champion who can balance the business and people agendas.Providing insightful data and support for the Talent Acquisition, Employee Experience, L&D and People Operations teams, and working in partnership with them to roll out our people agenda for your business 'customers'.Acting as a trusted advisor and taking a proactive approach to employee relations, reviewing data and spotting any employee relations trends, recommending solutions, and coaching line managers to act and tackle problems before they arise.Leading business transformation and change management initiatives.What you'll bring. A proven track record of working as a true hands-on Business Partner in innovative workplaces, where your work has delivered business impact.Experience in partnering with C-suite level and their leadership teams, working collaboratively with key stakeholders to create joint expectations and deliverables, striving for positive results and engaging others in the journey.Experience working with Product and Engineering functions and demonstrable understanding of the unique demands and ways of working of these functions and how you've delivered for them.Experience leading business function change and transformation initiatives with a strong track record of managing the people workstream.Strong commercial awareness.Flexible and effective communication skills, coupled with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.Ability to operate and deliver in a fast-moving results-orientated environment.Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work on your own initiative and offer new ideas.Strong team working skills and a desire to be part of and contribute to the success of a fast-growing organization.Proactive and solutions oriented with a strong coaching style.Personal commitment to improving one's own knowledge and sharing best practice with colleagues.Educated to at least a degree level and CIPD qualified, or equivalent.Our perks and quirks.
