As our Senior People and Culture Administrator youll support our Product Technology and Data teams by delivering firstclass P&C services throughout the employee journey.
Reporting to the VP of People and Culture youll help drive datainformed decisions that elevate our workforce and engage top talent.
What Youll Do: Partner with P&C Business Partners to execute key processes including talent acquisition onboarding performance reviews and engagement surveys.
Analyze data within the Workforce Plan to ensure it aligns with recruitment budgets and headcount requirements providing valuable insights to leadership.
Create and maintain detailed analytics and reporting on employee lifecycle metrics driving datadriven insights for the P&C team.
Guide managers on P&C processes from hiring and onboarding to development and engagement strategies.
Collaborate on P&C projects and strategic initiatives that align with our broader business goals.
What You Bring: Proven experience in talent acquisition supporting recruitment and onboarding processes within a dynamic organization.
Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency for data analysis and reporting.
Familiarity with P&C processes and systems (Cascade experience is a plus) along with a CIPD qualification (completed or in progress).
A proactive approach to managing highvolume tasks balancing commercial needs with sound risk management.
