Key Responsibilities: Running paid search campaigns for clients across all portfoliosDevelop the paid search strategy with other senior team membersGrow the paid search department from the ground upProvide strategy, execution, and analysis for paid searchCollaborate with senior team members and support from juniors and technical experts. Ideal Candidate: Has 3+ years of commercial experience running Google adsHands-on experience with Facebook adsWorking with B2B and B2C clientsComes from a small agency background - idealProven experience analysing data, traffic analytics, and channel performance to recommend improvementsPossesses strong analytical and creative thinking skills What's in it for you?
