Your new company Global Consultancy is based in the City.
Your new role is a 12-month FTC (maternity cover) as a PA to an Executive who travels internationally weekly.
The role will involve organizing intricate visa applications and working across different time zones.
He sits on various committees, and they will need support for board papers.
You will manage diaries, organize schedules, prepare meeting agendas, handle expense claims, organize vaccinations, and support projects.
There will be some support for 2 other executives as well.

What you'll need to succeed:
You will need to work as a PA in a global business with a wealth of experience with complicated visa applications.
You will need a steady CV as a PA supporting multiple individuals.
French would be an advantage.
