Head Of Hygiene

Job Overview: We are seeking a Head of Hygiene to oversee and manage all aspects of hygiene operations within Troy Foods (Salads).
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety across 2 sites.

Responsibilities: Develop and implement hygiene policies and procedures Train and manage hygiene staff (across day and night shifts) Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with hygiene standards Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment Coordinate with other departments to address hygiene-related issues Monitor and report on hygiene performance metrics Requirements: Proven experience in a hygiene management role Strong leadership and communication skills Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Certification in hygiene or related field is a plus This position offers the opportunity to lead a dedicated team in maintaining a clean and safe environment for food production.
