Senior Occupational Therapist

We are looking for an experienced locum OT to manage the adaptations team in a busy East London Council.
The role is part time ( 2.5 days per week- Tuesday 7 hours, Thursday 7.5 Hours and Friday 4 hours ( 18 hours total) Mostly remote working and office based one day per week.
The team is performing well and open to new ways of working.
Description- Day to day management of the adaptations team, x4 direct reports, all very experienced team members.
Monthly 121?s, ½ year and annual appraisals, system approvals for DFG spend & responsible for the DFG budget, case discussions /problem solving as required, legislative guidance, lead any necessary process development or mini projects (currently completing a video of the team and their work), investigate and draft complaint responses, occasional visits for OT perspective circa twice a month, promotion and representation of the team where required, attend virtual contractor and RSL meetings quarterly.
Engagement with practice improvement /CQC visit prep as required, review of suitability of plans for any resident own schemes.
The OT will need to be very experienced as a manager, knowledgeable and self-managing.
