As a Senior Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will: - Provide care for patients with acute mental health needs - Work within a multidisciplinary team including Ward Managers, Charge Nurses, and other healthcare professionals - Participate in the assessment and treatment of patients - Ensure adherence to NMC standards and guidelines - Demonstrate a commitment to quality improvement and change - Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues - Work flexible shift patterns, including days and nights Package and Benefits: - Annual salary up to £41,953 DOE - Flexible working options - Free and secure parking on site - Heavily subsidised meals - Additional birthday leave The ideal Senior Registered Mental Health Nurse will have: - Valid NMC registration as RMN or RNLD - At least 2 years of experience in mental health services - Evidence of post-registration continuing professional development - Strong communication skills and a positive attitude If you're a Senior Registered Mental Health Nurse, or have experience as a Mental Health Nurse, Psychiatric Nurse, RMN, RNLD, or Charge Nurse, this role could be perfect for you.
