As a Senior Meeting and Events Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in liaising with potential and existing clients, the Restaurant, Bar and Events Operations Manager, Chefs, and Sales team.
From the initial enquiry stage through to post-event follow-up, your goal will be to ensure optimal revenue generation and maximum client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:  Manage enquiries and bookings through the Meeting and Events database, ensuring timely updates and follow-ups for all live enquiries, existing clients, and potential new business.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
What we're looking for…   A hunger for hospitality and going the extra mile.
Someone that is willing to bring their best, authentic self to work.

A creative approach to your role – we believe that a game changing idea can come from anyone, anytime.
Someone who thrives in a dynamic and vibrant environment and is committed to delivering exceptional hospitality.
