Core ResponsibilitiesAs the Senior Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in driving our marketing strategy and ensuring the execution of key marketing initiatives, whilst working with our new business and existing customer sales teams to drive revenue forward. Your key responsibilities will include:
Lead generation: Developing and implementing comprehensive lead generation strategies to drive high-quality leads and support sales growth.Community development & growth: Building and nurturing a vibrant community of educators and learners to foster engagement and brand loyalty.SEO & content strategy: Leading SEO initiatives and crafting a robust content strategy to increase organic traffic, engagement, and conversion.Product marketing: Creating and executing product marketing plans to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products to target audiences.Social media strategy: Designing and executing a dynamic social media strategy to enhance brand visibility and engagement across platforms.RequirementsProven experience in a senior marketing role with a strong emphasis on creativity and innovation.Demonstrated track record of successful lead generation and community growth.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical skills and highly data-driven.Ability to manage multiple projects with different stakeholders and meet deadlines.Experience with SEO, content strategies, and social media.Preference for candidates with experience in the education sector, specifically in B2B marketing.Your teamA vibrant company culture – read our company culture code.Regular company-funded social events.The Recruitment ProcessInterested candidates are invited to submit their application.
