As the Regional Marketing Senior Manager within our Writing team, you will manage category, innovation and marketing activities with a portfolio of iconic brands – including (but not limited to) Sharpie, Berol and Paper Mate – across a truly international landscape.Leading a talented team and adopting a One-Newell, omnichannel approach in line with our company strategy, you will play a crucial role in developing and deploying marketing plans and strategies, as well as using data to analyse and identify growth opportunities and provide clear, actionable recommendations to drive that growth.
Translating & implementing global strategies for specific regions to grow business success by partnering with global brand teams, you will have experience in managing regional assortment and pricing strategies, localising global creative assets, and ensuring brand consistency.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Developing annual marketing plans, aligned with goals and priorities for the region.Defining and managing the regional portfolio assortment, including new product development and localised packaging.Executing regional brand, distribution, and merchandising strategies, and deploying brand playbooks and selling decks.Developing and executing consumer communications to drive purchase intent and enhance brand appeal.Managing the regional A&P budget, tracking brand performance, and adjusting strategies based on ROI and performance metrics.
