We are looking for ambitious and motivated Senior Managers to join our Strategy & Commercial Advisory Team in our Londonoffice on a permanent basis to assist us delivering projects across our team's core areas of expertise: major events, venues, destinations, and sports organisations.
You will be supporting the development of the business unit in a wide variety of responsibilities including business development, project delivery, business process improvement and market research & analytics.
The role may occasionally require some domestic and international travel as we work flexibly to meet our clients' needs, with occasional requirements to be based in client locations for specific projects.

Key ResponsibilitiesEvents: Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive event strategies, including event selection, feasibility studies, and impact evaluations, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and client expectations.Venues: Lead and support with the delivery of advisory services including vision definition, venue operating models, business planning, feasibility assessments and benchmarking.General responsibilities: Lead and deliver complex projects, managing multiple stakeholders, timelines, and budgets effectively.Develop and implement strategic plans, including event strategies, venue operating models, and business growth initiatives.Build and maintain strong relationships with senior clients, understanding their needs and delivering solutions that exceed expectations.Manage and mentor teams, with a focus on developing talent, creating a collaborative work environment, and driving high performance.Identify new business opportunities, contributing to the growth and profitability of the business.Lead the development of proposals, expressions of interest, and RFP responses, ensuring they are compelling, competitive, and aligned with strategic business goals.Manage project budgets, optimising resource allocation, and ensuring projects are delivered within financial constraints.Drive innovation within projects, finding creative solutions to complex challenges, and improving service delivery and client outcomes. Excellent academic record from a top university or business schoolStrong consultant background/experienceHighly numerate, with strong quantitative and conceptual problem-solving abilityDemonstrated passion for sports and physical activitySelf-directed, proactive and entrepreneurialDemonstrated leadership skills and ability to thrive in a team environmentStrong interest in sports, entertainment, venues, strategy finance and economics with a strong network of contacts and up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.Able to work on international projects in different parts of the world, sometimes at short notice.About You The key competencies and behaviours we are looking for include:
