Senior Manager Model Risk Oversight YBS is growing and because of this we have a new opportunity in our Prudential Risk Oversight team for a Senior Manager Model Risk Oversight.
This is a great opportunity for someone to build and lead the team alongside developing our model risk oversight capabilities, framework and tools.
About the role You will be responsible for leading the model risk oversight framework, validation and monitoring teams to deliver effective oversight across the full suite of the Societies models.
You will also be key to shaping and driving forward the program of oversight enhancements.
In addition, the role includes all aspects of people leadership for the growing Model Risk Oversight team.
About you You must have extensive model risk oversight experience in governance, validation and monitoring.
You need to be strong people leader who can join the team and motivate, lead and build a team of high performing colleagues.
You will engage with regulators and chair model risk committees, so you must be able to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels within the business and confidently communicate with external parties.
