This company has been established for over 90 years, has over 40 employees in the business, boasts an excellent reputation, and works with a wide range of clients from charities, law, IT, and technology with turnovers up to 350 Million.
In the role, you will have a split between audit and accounts, with a focus on the audit for most of your clients with revenues between 10 and up to 100 million.
You will manage and oversee small teams, manage client engagement while learning and reporting to directors.
The ideal candidate will come from a smaller firm or a top 100 firm, with UK audit training and practice experience, looking for a quicker path to directorship, wanting more one-on-one development, and wanting to grow their audit and accounts career and become a valuable member of the business.
The Role: Manage audits, account preparation, and relationships with clients.
Manage, train, and mentor junior staff.
Contribute to the growth of the department, processes, and changes in the business and team.
The Person: ACA/ACCA/CA qualified UK audit training and practice based Passion for audit Wanting path to Audit Director Based in UK and have full right to work in the UK - no opportunity for sponsorship.
