Senior M&A Analyst

Overview We are seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Infrastructure Team at a leading mid-market investment bank.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a highly respected senior investment banking professional and be involved in originating, executing, and managing mid-market infrastructure and renewable projects.

Produce company valuations, financial modeling, and prepare materials for client and internal presentations
Attend client meetings and presentations, prepare financial requests, and collaborate with third-party advisors
Analyze investment opportunities by market, segment, or sector
Prepare statistical analysis of fund performance
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in M&A or Project Finance, or from a modeling team
Outstanding M&A skills developed in either a product or sector team
Excellent quantitative skills with highly developed financial modeling abilities
Proactive, self-starter with a positive attitude and high level of performance in demanding initiatives
You will be involved in producing valuations, financial modeling, and attending client meetings and presentations.
