Pivot Search is currently seeking an Senior Investment Banking Analyst for a growing and dynamic boutique that is focussed on the TMT Sector.
This firm operate globally and is a leader in their field.

This opportunity will be gaining hands on deals experience across the TMT sector and will be involved in all aspects of the deal cycle.
The main responsibilities are to execute M&A assignments, develop client marketing materials, including confidential information memorandums and management presentations, in support of sale transactions.
Manage due diligence activities and identify, build, and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.

This is an ideal opportunity for an individual with Transaction services experience, ideally within the Big 4 or Top 10 firms who is seeking an opportunity to further progress their career.
You will be a team player who has a passion for M&A and is seeking to further progress their career in this area.
