At present, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Staff Nurse to join their Intensive Care Unit, caring for Level 2 and Level 3 patients.
The Role The successful candidate will work as part of their highly specialised critical care team to provide effective, evidence-based and patient focused care.
Reporting directly into the Critical Care Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the department, responding efficiently in emergency situations and providing expert knowledge and leadership to the junior nurses.
In order to be successful with this opportunity, you will need to have a strong background within critical care with previous in charge experience.
This is a full-time position consisting of 37.5 hours per week, which will be worked a mixture of long days, nights and weekends.

Role Requirements RGN qualification NMC Registration Right to work in the UK Previous experience working at a senior capacity Extensive experience working within Critical Care Experience caring for Level 1 to Level 3 patients ILS trained, ALS will be advantageous Critical Care qualification Passion for high quality care Motivated individual Excellent interpersonal and communications skills High sense of personal responsibility Summary In return, there is a generous salary of up to £50,000 on offer including unsociable enhancements, plus a £3,000 bonus for candidates who hold the accredited Critical Care Course (60 credits).
