As a Senior Intensive Care Nurse, your responsibilities will include: - Acting as a deputy to the sister/charge nurse.
- Covering a range of specialities including Cardiac, Liver, Neuro & Spinal.
- Providing high-quality care with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:1 or 1:2.
- Supporting and mentoring junior staff.
- Ensuring compliance with clinical guidelines and standards.

The ideal Senior Intensive Care Nurse will have: - Registered General Nurse with an NMC pin.
- Significant post-registration experience in ITU.
- Completed Critical Care Course, ideally 60 Credits.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
