Senior Inside Sales Representative

Details of the offer

Daily Tasks Prospect and generate leads and opportunities with companies within UK and EMEA.
Collaborate closely with Sales Managers to establish a territory "plan-of-attack", including target companies, target prospects, and messaging/talk-tracks to help fill their pipeline and develop your skills.
Analyse customer needs with regards to current business obstacles, identify opportunities and determine potential for our SplashBI solutions.
Able to articulate the value proposition of our SplashBI solutions.
Conduct high level conversations with senior executives in HCM, Finance and other areas.
Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers & influencers in assigned geographic territory.
Follow up on demand-generation activities such as webinars, conferences, field marketing events, partner events, etc.
Provide insights and feedback to marketing based on customer conversations to help refine target messaging.
Skills and Experience Three to five years' experience in insides sales/business development.
Have a detailed knowledge of software applications across HCM and Finance.
Understand business intelligence and analytics.
Are creative, a problem solver, and love to develop/solve business problems.
Have excellent communication skills and can be creative with writing skills and storyboarding.
Proficiency in CRM Tools: Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for managing and tracking sales activities.
