You will also build and maintain key relationships within the HR shared services population and push forward new processes and procedures.
Primary Responsibilities: Lead the global HRIS strategy and governance, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and HR business objectives.
Oversee multiple HR systems' management, integration, and optimization, ensuring seamless end-to-end HR processes.
Collaborate with global HR teams, IT, and external vendors to implement and maintain scalable HR technology solutions that support workforce analytics, talent management, payroll, and other HR functions.
Lead HRIS project management efforts, including system upgrades, process improvements, new implementations, and troubleshooting across the organization.
Ensure compliance with global and regional data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, SOX) and maintain data integrity across all HR systems.
Manage relationships with shared service centers and third-party vendors, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met and continuous improvement initiatives are identified.
Develop and implement a governance framework for HR data management, reporting, and analytics, driving insights for informed decision-making.
Provide technical leadership and expertise to global HR teams on system capabilities, workflows, and process improvements.
Lead global change management initiatives related to HR systems, ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs and organizational change strategies.
Develop and maintain HRIS training programs for end users, ensuring efficient system use and adoption across all regions.
The role offers a competitive package of up to £110,000 p.a.
on a permanent basis.
You will benefit from an agile and hybrid working model and be given autonomy.
If you're interested in this role and would like more information, please apply, and contact Anton Blades at Frazer Jones via ****** with any questions or to have a confidential discussion about your job search.
