As part of our growth we are looking for a Senior HR Specialist, Compensation and Reward in Remote UK or US where you will be part of a global best in class HR team fighting fraud and piracy!
The Senior HR Specialist supports and executes a variety of HR functions depending on assignment, with a focus on compensation & benefits globally.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Provides HR support and advice on policies, procedures, and best practices.
Supports internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR department.
Supports HR projects and initiatives for organizational improvement.
Prepares HR-related documents, reports, and presentations.
Continuously learns the latest HR best practices to improve workplace efficiency.
Compensation Supports and administers compensation programs and policies.
Conducts salary benchmarking and market analysis, including survey participation.
Conducts job evaluations and develops and maintains job descriptions.
Supports the annual salary review process, including merit increases and bonuses.
Maintains and updates compensation structures, including Job Family Frameworks and Salary Grades.
Conduct internal audits to assess pay equity within the organization, identifying and recommending actions to address any disparities.
Provides guidance on compensation-related issues and ensure regulatory compliance.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS: Education Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, business, education or a related degree or equivalent HR work experience.
Experience 5+ years' experience as an HR Specialist or related position.
