Property Valuer / Lister Rochdale £35k base Salary (depending on experience) £50k OTE 5 day week, ???????930am – 530pm Monday - Friday, every Saturday with a day in lieu, ???????9am – 1pm Saturdays Mileage paid ???????Our client is an exciting Estate Agency in the Rochdale area and they have a fantastic opportunity to join their branch as a Valuer/Lister ???????and help set up a newly opening office, opening very soon in Leigh.
This is a fantastic role offering long term progression to oversee and run 2 offices with the business.

Responsibilities in this role are: Carrying out market appraisals/valuations with the aim of bringing as many properties to the market as possible.
Managing your clients (as well as your colleague's clients), keeping them updated at all times and providing and exceptional level of service.
Negotiating offers to the point of sale and exchange.
Registering applicants and identifying opportunities for valuations, financial & Legal services leads and viewings.
Constantly looking to improve our market share and identifying all opportunities to grow the business.
