Job Description The successful Senior HR Business Partner will be responsible for:
Provide HR operational support for assigned business unit, leading on all employee relations case managementProvide full partnering service to the divisionStrategic partnering with Corporate/Directors and Senior Leadership teamBuild line management capabilityPromote EDI and well-being agenda The Successful Applicant The successful Senior HR Business Partner will posses the following:
CIPD qualified to Level 7Proven track record as a strategic and operational HR BPExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsPrior experience in a similar industryProven track record leading change management activity What's on Offer On offer for the successful Senior HR Business Partner is:
An interim role until 31st December 2024Hours of work: 9.00am - 5.00pm, Monday - FridayHybrid working - 3 days a week in office
