Seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join a large complex professional services firm on a 12month fixed term contract.
This role acts as the strategic interface with the business on all aspects surrounding people and will sit as part of the leadership team acting as the key facilitator and enabler of people strategy and a driver of change.
This role will have responsibility for a large complex client group of approximately 1000 FTE and will be instrumental in supporting on all aspects of people strategy.
Key accountabilities: Interpreting the business strategy into clear deliverables from a people strategy perspective, interfacing with the broader HR team and business functions as well as centres of excellence to drive out the HR initiatives.
Engaging with appropriate stakeholders to deliver the appropriate support in all people areas including talent management, succession and development and leadership.
Support the business functions through a period of change and OD as the business is undergoing a period of transformation Set the framework and approach of key cyclical HR activity ensuring they are aligned to business strategy Be a champion of the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion agenda weaving initiatives through all people strategy activities Manage a team of HR Business Partners Skills required: Experience of working as a HR Senior Business Partner, within a complex matrix environment ideally with experience in financial services or professional services supporting technology or advisory business functions Broad experience in all aspects of an HR Business Partnering including talent acquisition, succession planning, restructuring, supporting on annual compensation processes and external benchmarking, employee relations and case management Experience of managing and driving HR initiatives and change in a fast-paced, complex environment Demonstrable commercial and pragmatic approach to human capital solutions High level influencing and communication skills McGregor Boyall is an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on any grounds.
