  About the role We are looking for a driven, adaptable and creative Growth Marketing Manager for maternity leave cover to deliver impactful campaigns that contribute to the growth and success of 10x Banking.
In this role, you will lead the execution of marketing initiatives, drive customer engagement and acquisition, while managing the full mix of marketing channels, MarTech stack and suppliers.
 You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Partnerships, RevOps and Product, as well as the Product Marketing Manager.
This role will report to the VP of Marketing and will work in close alignment with the broader Commercial team.
This role plays a critical role in driving 10x's ambitious global growth plans at an exciting time for the company.
In this role you will Develop and implement targeted growth marketing campaigns across multiple channels that drive awareness, sales pipeline and ARR Manage events and awards entries globally Manage 10x's digital presence including website, social media channels, and SEO Manage regular external comms, PR & crisis comms, content creation and editing, and design Ensure brand message and tone of voice are consistently represented across all marketing materials and communications, aligning with overall company values and objectives Utilize analytics to monitor and assess marketing performance and continuously optimise for better results Work closely with the Partnerships Manager to deliver partner marketing initiatives Work closely with the Senior Internal Communications and Impact Manager to support internal / impact initiatives Manage third party suppliers such as marketing, paid media and design agencies, and MarTech stack including Hubspot CRM Assist the VP of Marketing in managing the marketing budget and overseeing third-party marketing suppliers Collaborate with the broader marketing team to align marketing initiatives with broader business goals.
Requirements Ideally you will have Extensive experience in growth marketing, with a focus on B2B SaaS and the financial services industry Extensive experience managing both on and offline marketing channels Experience in collaborating with both sales/commercial and external stakeholders Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities Familiarity with core banking systems, APIs and Cloud is a plus.
