About Our Role We're looking for a passionate and results-driven Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join our Demand Generation team. Reporting directly to the Head of Demand Generation, you'll play a pivotal role in driving awareness, engagement, and lead generation for Triptease.
What will you do: Lead Demand Generation Initiatives: Own and execute campaigns from start to finish, driving brand awareness and generating high-quality leads. Optimise Lead Generation Channels: Manage and refine our existing channels like email marketing, social media, SEO, and PPC. Explore and test new channels to expand our reach and improve ROI. Drive Conversion Rates: Develop and implement strategies to increase conversion rates throughout the marketing funnel using A/B testing and data analysis. Accelerate use of AI and Automation: Develop deep cutting edge expertise in Gen AI and automation platforms in our marketing efforts. Leverage Data for Campaigns: Use first-party and third-party data to craft personalised and targeted marketing campaigns that resonate with our audience. Implement ABM and Personalisation: Employ Account-Based Marketing tactics and hyper-personalisation to engage key accounts and specific audience segments. Initiate New Projects: Proactively bring fresh ideas to the table and lead projects that introduce innovative concepts into our marketing mix. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Product Marketing, and Events teams to align marketing initiatives with company goals and enhance the overall customer experience. Execute Multi-Channel Campaigns: Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across SEO, email, social media, paid advertising, content marketing, out-of-home media, and direct mail. Manage Lead Nurturing: Develop lead nurturing programs to move prospects through the funnel, re-engage dormant leads, and reduce churn rates. Oversee Funnel and Database: Monitor the health of the marketing funnel and maintain the marketing database for targeted campaigns. Demonstrate HubSpot Expertise: Leverage HubSpot for website management, form creation, contact data maintenance, email marketing, and analytics. Ensure we're utilising the platform to its full potential. Manage Budgets Effectively: Allocate and manage the marketing budget across various channels and campaigns, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to budgetary constraints. Measure and Report Performance: Set up robust tracking and reporting mechanisms. Regularly analyse campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Embrace Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest marketing technologies and industry trends. Participate in professional development opportunities to continuously enhance your skill set. Problem-Solve in a Fast-Paced Environment: Tackle challenges proactively and adapt quickly to changes. Contribute positively to our fun and friendly workplace culture while driving results in a dynamic setting. Who we are looking for: 4+ years of experience in digital marketing roles preferably within a B2B environment. High proficiency in HubSpot. Familiarity with automation platforms. Strong understanding of ABM tactics and hyper-personalisation. Experience with multi-channel marketing strategies, including SEO, email, social media, paid media, content marketing, out-of-home, and direct mail. Excellent analytical skills with a passion for data-driven decision-making. Ability to work collaboratively across all functions of our business. Proactive mindset with a track record of initiating successful projects. Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-growing environment. Budget management experience.
