A Senior Patient Recruitment Lead– you will utilize your project management skills to support the operational and strategic landscape of the Patient Recruitment team.
In this role, you will be a critical contributor to Parexel's Patient First philosophy and while optimizing the patient experience in Parexel-managed clinical trialsKey Accountabilities:Oversees the development and implementation of recruitment and retention strategies that will drive enrollment and maintain the retention of patients.Must demonstrate experience working in patient recruitment preferably within a CRO (or Pharmaceutical) environmentWorks in a matrix environment to achieve practical, experience-based approaches to recruitment in order to meet deliverables on time and within budgetContributes to overall departmental best practice initiatives and processes and mentors less experienced members of the Patient Recruitment team.Works to support Parexel initiatives and new business opportunities.Must be able to work independently with limited supervision from managementAbility to mentor colleagues and provide clear guidance on departmental and project responsibilitiesSkills required:Extensive patient recruitment experience in a global environment together with clinical research experience Effective interpersonal and communication skills, competent in written and verbal EnglishStrong presentation, problem solving and creative skills with specific customersability to exercise sound judgement and make decisions based on accurate and timely analysisEffective time and task management to meet project deliverablesExperience developing timelines and delivering projects on scheduleExperience with developing project timelines, managing multiple projects and delivering projects on schedule while successfully working in a decentralized/remote team environmentClient focused approach to work with the ability to interact professionally with key clients and deliver thoughtful client presentations.Ability to influence and pursue new business opportunities and contribute to departmental proposal developmentShows commitment to and performs consistently in a high-performance environmentStrong technical acumen with demonstrated proficiency with MS-Office products (i.e Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point)Knowledge and Experience: A wealth of pharmaceutical and/or CRO experience including but not limited to areas of focus in patient recruitment, project leadership, clinical operations and/or salesEducation:Educated to degree level (biological science, pharma or other health related discipline preferred) or relevant clinical or business equivalent
