Key Responsibilities:- Oversee a portfolio of intricate divorce and separation (ToLATA) cases, including those with international aspects, business assets, and trusts.
Offer expert legal counsel on a diverse array of family law issues, such as matrimonial finance, child arrangements, and prenuptial agreements.
Formulate and execute strategies to improve the department's services and enhance client satisfaction.
Mentor and guide junior lawyers and support staff within the team.
Collaborate with other departments to provide a comprehensive service to clients.
Engage in business development initiatives, including networking with potential clients and leading seminars and workshops.
