Actively champion the shared central service across the business promoting the People Services Team as a credible onestop shop for generalist HR advice support and guidance.
Lead coach and develop the People Services Team and support decisions relating to talent hiring performance and disciplinary matters.
Actively seek opportunities to assist the team in developing their own HR competence.
Champion a strong continuous improvement culture within the People Services Team ensuring the deployment of scalable simplified and standardised processes.
Act as People Service Team SME aligning HR & People Services operations with law regulations and company policy.
What Were Looking For: Qualifications: CIPD qualification to level 5.
Driving Licence: Full UK valid driving licence required.
Experience: Experienced and credible HR professional with demonstrable experience working in a shared service environment as well as sound proven knowledge of employment legislation and experience and working knowledge of HR systems.
Skills: Excellent organisation and communication skills both written and spoken a practical and proactive approach with the ability to show initiative and pay attention to detail and the ability to take responsibility for successfully completing tasks to a high standard.
