Position: Senior Family Associate (6+ PQE)

Overview
An established and well-regarded legal practice with over 35 years of experience is recruiting an ambitious Senior Associate to join its Family team, one of the largest in Gloucestershire. Renowned for delivering a broad range of legal services to private clients and businesses, this firm offers an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the growth and development of the Family team and the wider organisation. Who
You should be enthusiastic, friendly, and positive, with the ability to build lasting relationships with colleagues, clients, and others you engage with. Ideally, you will have a minimum of eight years of post-qualification experience, though experienced candidates are also encouraged to apply. You should have a proven history of proactively managing a diverse caseload of private family matters, including Child Arrangement Orders, Divorce, Matrimonial Finance, Post-Nuptial Arrangements, and Cohabitation Disputes. A strong track record of meeting career and financial goals, coupled with excellent commercial awareness, is essential. The role requires a passion for business development activities and experience in supervising and mentoring junior fee earners and trainees. Familiarity with using case management systems is also important.
