About Our Client: A Main Contractor who delivers a variety of work including new build social housing, social housing refurbishments, residential and general build projects. This company typically works in the Home Counties. They are a smaller, regional contractor who are growing, with three further projects already secured this year. The Role: With growth comes opportunity and this business is looking to appoint a sole Senior/Estimator. You will be working very closely with the Owner/Managing Director who is currently undertaking this role, so you will be learning everything about the company first hand. With this being a new role, the level of experience can vary; you could be an established Assistant Estimator or an experienced Senior. Salaries will reflect what you offer but it is a great opportunity to join as the first, established Estimating resource. If you show the gravitas to be a leader, you will be given the chance to build a team over time as the business continues to grow.
The Applicant: The ideal candidate must have:
Experience working as at least an Assistant Estimator for a Main Contractor. It is desirable to have:
Worked on Social Housing new build projects. Worked on framework submissions.
