About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for you, as an experienced Planning Consultant, to join a dedicated and forward-thinking regional rurally focused consultancy firm.The role will encompass both rural and urban instructions, meaning variety is a given!
Your workload will include:Rural Business diversification - commercial development, leisure, tourism and farm shops.Agriculture - new agricultural and equestrian developments, farm buildings, stables, farm roads.Residential - new build residential schemes: Class Q and Class RD GPDO, barn conversions, certificates or lawfulness and enforcement.Listed building and conservation area projects.There is an existing book of work to pick up as soon as you begin, though the ability to generate new business will be welcomed.To Apply:Ready to make a difference to the built environment as a Planning Consultant in Hertfordshire?
