This role is to join the building services design team within a highly regarded mutli disciplinary consultancy.

Projects are in the following sectors sporting stadiums, commercial, retail, education, healthcare, heritage, education, leisure, industrial and public sector.
Responsibilities Undertakes a client facing role in the development and design and coordination of engineering project services Design of lighting, small power, fire alarm, lighting protection, sub-mains distribution and ancillary electrical services.
Use of design software to prepare calculations and designs.
Preparation of specifications and written reports and condition surveys.
Preparation of equipment schedules.
Drawing schematics, general arrangements, and sections for electrical services and marking up of drawings.
Site inspections for witnessing, testing and commissioning of electrical installations.
Required Skills Bachelor's or master's degree in either Building Services Engineering or Electrical Engineering or of a similar vocational background.
Completed 5+ years UK building services experience.
Experienced in the use of cable sizing and lighting design software packages such as Amtech, Dialux, Relux, CYMAP.
Working towards or achieved professional membership status (Chartered or Associate) would be beneficial although not essential.
Building regulations and British Standards experience.
