Supporting and contributing to the development of high-performing hospital teams who are engaged in the Spire vision and purpose.
Assisting in the delivery of local hospital and group-wide change, transformation and business improvement projects.
Playing a key role in managing hospital capacity to ensure efficiency, support growth opportunities, and meet business objectives.
Contributing to commercial growth by identifying and helping to develop local business opportunities and partnerships.
