Responsibilities Lead the global sales teams to meet & exceed new sales targets in international markets, including EMEA and APAC .
Develop and allocate territory quotas and KPIs to maximize new business growth and improve customer retention.
Analyze sales data to forecast results, identify growth opportunities, and address challenges proactively.
Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and customer success, to align sales efforts with company goals.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and changes in the international Higher Education and Scholarly Publishing landscape and determine the focus of sales efforts.
Requirements A bachelor's degree 5+ years of direct experience managing international (EMEA/APAC) sales teams & sales managers in the higher education technology sector Strong track record of execution and significant success in previous leadership positions Proven experience in team management and development, process optimization, and performance management in remote work environments High degree of initiative and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Why Join JoVE?
