Our Global Brand Partnerships team is seeking a Senior Director, Global Brand Partnerships to lead ESL Faceit Group's most impactful brand partnership initiatives.
In this role, you'll be at the forefront of securing new brand alliances while fostering and expanding long-term partnerships.
As a key driver of revenue growth, you'll play a crucial role in strengthening ESL FACEIT Group's presence across Europe and beyond.
This role requires a strategic yet independent approach to monetizing existing EFG's products, alongside creating unique, engaging brand initiatives that captivate esports and gaming communities.
This role is a hands-on sales leadership position, driving brand partnerships through strategy, collaboration, and client management.
Key Responsibilities: Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients and industry partners.
Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with key clients, proactively seeking new initiatives and growth.
Strategy & Implementation: Develop and lead sponsorship and partnership strategies that expand ESL FACEIT Group's customer base.
Market Insights: Identify trends in advertising and marketing strategies within target sectors.
Full Partnership Lifecycle Ownership: Oversee the partnership process from initial contact to contract signing.
Strategic Program Design: Develop and execute strategic partnership programs to support business objectives.
Partner Retention & Satisfaction: Establish service-focused processes and systems that prioritize partner needs.
Who You Are: Sales Mindset: You bring a dynamic approach to sales with a deep understanding of the media landscape.
Proven Results: You have a solid track record of consistently driving revenue.
Passion for Digital Entertainment: You're deeply passionate about digital entertainment and take a proactive approach.
Communication Skills: You possess excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
Global Mobility: You are open to international travel.
