Senior Corporate Counsel

About the Role New instruction from a global firm for a high calibre, experienced transactional corporate lawyer.
This is a broad in-house position, operating at a senior level, with significant multi-jurisdictional responsibilities.
As a senior member of a global legal team, your exposure will range from advising on key strategic projects, governance and matters of reputational risk, to transactions, corporate structuring and significant commercial, financing and regulatory issues.
Required Skills You will be at least 10 PQE, and will bring core experience in M&A and/or corporate finance, combined with an interest in diversifying into the breadth of matters referred to above.

If coming from in-house, a majority of your prior experience will have been gained with a top international law firm.
Also of importance are: an ability to take on a leadership role and to work autonomously; prior experience of handling complex, cross-border transactions; and the aptitude to performance manage, supervise and mentor other lawyers.
