SkillsWe are looking for individuals with a blend of procurement and advisory experience in delivering transformational procurement programmes that embed change into the end-to-end enterprise level procurement and supply chain value chain.
This should include a mixture of the following;Strong procurement and supply chain knowledge, from industry or advisoryEstablished workstream and project management skillsPeople management and support skillsSolid research, evaluation and analysis skillsStoryboarding and presentation skillsExcellent communication skills, written and verbalStrong IT and digital skills and a real interest and curiosity in tools, systems and dataProcurement and Supply Chain intelligence and innovationQualificationsTo deliver value for our clients we are looking for a mixture of the following:Preferably has a degree related to one of the following; Procurement, Supply Chain, Sustainability, Business Management or similar disciplinesPrevious experience in procurement transformation and/or sustainable procurement.Has achieved, is working towards or is willing to work towards at least Level 4 Diploma in Procurement and SupplySecurity Clearance (SC) – currently valid or could be reinstated, not essentialExperienceWider procurement consulting experience gained from either client, contractor or other professional services organisationsExperience of key sustainable procurement practices including human rights, environment, health and safety, anti-bribery & corruption and labour practicesStrong understanding of wider ESG legislative and regulatory environments is desirableA history of delivering transformative procurement projects, especially related to cost reduction and category managementExperience of leveraging digital tools as part of procurement transformations.
